Effective May 12, 2026. Rubric PR Bot processes GitHub webhook events only to review rubric-related pull request changes and publish comments or check runs back to GitHub.

Data processed

The app may receive repository metadata, pull request metadata, changed file names, and rubric file contents needed to generate review feedback.

Data retention

The hosted webhook does not sell data or use repository content for advertising. Operational logs may contain request metadata and error details needed to operate and secure the service.

Third parties

The app is hosted on Vercel and integrates with GitHub APIs. GitHub remains the system of record for installations, comments, and check runs.
